Hardee`s in Zephyrhills

Didn't get all that I ordered and the fried chicken sandwich that I did not order was way too crispy. Didn't look like chicken breast meat at all.

Food over cooked and hard

Out of chicken tenders at 4:30 in the afternoon! Went to get my drink and no ice in either side machine, had to go back to the counter to get ice. Roast beef sandwiches were greasy. Would definitely NOT recommend this location.

Chicken tenders and mushroom swiss burger were delicious and fresh. Did have to wait a couple but it's all good.

Good breakfast, love platter with sausage, egg and biscuit and gravy.

Awsome location. I just discovered Hardee's recently(about 3 months ago)Staff is comprised of great people. I haven't had a bad experience at this location yet. Love the food. Love, Love the food.

Try their low carb burgers. They know how to do it right!

Very disappointed with drive thru wi dow server. Very un professional and making comment abount having to give out free water and ketchup.

The cashier at the drive thru window made a mistake and charged me for the order of the car in front of me that had driven off. No big deal. Just fix it. The manager, I didn’t get her name, young girl with brown hair, came over to fix it. With the window open and me sitting there hearing everything, she starts berating and telling the drive thru cashier if she has to do one more refund because of her there will be consequences. As a manager, if you need to have a discussion about making mistakes, you do it behind closed doors, NOT berate your associates in front of customers. I felt horrible for the girl who came back with my food and was apologizing again for her mistake. NOT a good experience.

Great biscuits and gravy. Grandson Adonis likes the chicken tenders.

I went for the beyond burger. It was pretty decent. Their fries were wonderful. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly.

Good hash browns. and french fries and onion rings. And the employees are really nice .

6/13/20 me and my husband come the through the drive and order a breakfast bundle B and the cashier offer a pie well after we said yes and paid for it. And we got home to get our food there wasn't any pie in there. We called right away (not once but twice) it rang rang then went to a fax or something. So how do you get ahold of hardees?? If they dont answer??? I know its only a dollar but if you push an item DO YOUR JOB AND MAKE SURE ITS IN THERE!!

Excellent service, table delivery. A perfect manager while busy slow or steady. Staff all around put their customers first. Food was excellent. I Really did not expect for fast food to really not taste anything like fast food. I've not been in a long time and had forgotten how great the food was.

In the last month this location has gone downhill.Place is filthy.washrooms deplorable.Windows dirty.This am topped it all.spent 5 minutes paying for 4 coffee.under staffed.The girl at the counter did not know how to operate the cash ash. .l

Food is good...short waiting time

We found time going to a hardees and will be the last was on a 2 day camping trip so got fries and chicken tenders the tenders were not anything for the price the fires were the best part hot and fresh....the bad is the old lady at the window I got to the window and ask for 2 cups of water becues I forgot and she just gave me a mean face then as she handed the to me she said we usually don't do this and that we do have drinks for a $1...just ppl need to be nicer..not all ppl have been to hardees...

Good burgers and rings. Place is dirty. employees seem like they don't care. The drain in the floor by the drink dispenser needs a good cleaning.

Love the place, great fresh food wonderful staff. Never a bad meal there.

I’ll always love Hardee’s; I formerly worked as a manager in the Tampa market, transferred from Winston Salem market in 1995. I feel that they made a mistake when they discontinued fried chicken and hot dogs but I still enjoy their breakfast platter.

Hardee goes both ways. Sometimes it is great with good customer service and fresh hot food. Sometimes it is bad and you get old cold food. All depends when you go.

Worker was super nice. I joked around with him and he joked back. I like when employees are more upbeat and not like zombies. The food was amazing. And service was phenominal 5/5

We came in 20 minutes before the restaurant closed and the employees were super friendly, polite and made some good recommendations. The restaurant itself was clean and we'll maintained. The food was great. One of the better restaurants with fresh beef and just the quality alone surprised me. I definitely enjoyed my food.

I ordered 6 burgers was only able to eat 2 because the other 4 were not cooked hardly

Breakfast so good. Have lunch there every now and then. Breakfast as often as possible.😝

The worse experience at any Hardee’s ever. Food was cold and tots over cook. Employees completely didn’t seem to care about how they provided the food. Never had a greasier biscuit in my life. No Care

Chicken tenders are great fries could be better orders take awhile but are always correct as far as my own experience. Shake machine is broken half the time but seems to be normal for fast food joints lol.

We will be back for sure, good food for a great price.

For the price I paid I'd like to think I could get the cheese melted on my burger and hot fries love the food I really do but don't like having to microwave it to get hot food

This Hardee's is hit or miss, but today it was just about perfect. The drive-thru service was exemplary and had both a welcoming tone and was fast (hint...hot fries are almost always worth the wait 🙂)! Thanks for a great visit! Keep it up more consistently and I'll be bumping this up next time.

07/24. We went to eat here last night and the food was not fresh at all. The onion rings were so hard and the frys were old. We couldnt get in touch with them to complain.

Nice place..good food/coffee. Friendly employees.
